Do check out the superb rock-cut temples dedicated to Narasimhaswamy and Ranganathaswamy. The sculptures in the Narasimhamurthy temple have been carved out of living rocks. Another interesting spot is the ruins of a Vishnu temple devoted to Ethirili(Peerless) Perumal.
